VHP welcome AP HIGH  COURT judgement scrapping 4.5% Muslim Reservation    - Dr. Togadia

        VHP International Working President Dr Pravin Togadia Welcomes AP High Court judgement scrapping 4.5% Muslim Resrevation. High Court criticises AP and Central Govt and asked 'How Muslims are Backward?' High Court told that Muslim resrevation is violation of Constitution Article 15 & 16. It was forth time AP High Court scrapped Muslim reservation. This time it was referred by Supreme court.

 

        VHP demands that in view of AP High Court judgment Central Govt should immediately withdraw 4.5% Muslim reservation from OBC quota, otherwise VHP will exercise judicial option as well as Pubic Agitation to cancel Muslim Reservation by Central Govt.
